Rogier Smal zal tijdens Vreemde Gasten, één van de gasten zijn in De Werkplaats. Hij is een muzikant en kunstenaar geboren in Stoutenburg en woonachtig in Amsterdam. Zijn motto is:"Here you see the world as i see it. the colour of life and the shadows of the ugly and sad faces. This is what my reality looks like, a world that makes me feel out of step and a world i sometimes want as little to do with as possible. I want to celebrate the weird ones, the ones that seem to be the last people with a little bit of lust for life on their faces. We must be outsiders , uncomformed and never represented. Because when justice is against the law, only outlaws can effect justice"
